My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
If your order arrives with any printing defects or is damaged during shipping, take pictures of the damage or defect and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your order. Include your name and order number. Our customer care team will reach out to assist!
Can I change or cancel an order?
I ordered multiple items but only received one. Where is the rest of my order?
We work with multiple printing partners, so it can happen that your items are shipped separately; this helps speed up delivery. Don't worry! You will get all the items you ordered.
