Refund Policy
- For stock items, we offer free returns within 30 days of purchase.
- We do not allow returns or refunds for personalized vision boards. All personalized product orders are sent directly to print production; for this reason orders can not be changed or canceled once they are placed.
- Gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
- Returned items must have tags still on.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
To initiate a return of a stock item, please complete the following steps:
- Contact us at customercare@dreamcollage.com to request a refund.
- Print the prepaid return shipping label that you will receive by email.
- Send all items back to us using the label provided.
- Once your return is received and approved, you will receive a refund to the original payment method.
Damages and Defects
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Take pictures of any damage or defects to send with your communication to customercare@dreamcollage.com. We will replace any items that are defective or suffer damage in shipping.
Customer errors during the vision board design process, such as spelling errors or the use of low-quality image uploads are not considered defects. Slight color differences between computer or mobile device screens and actual printed products are to be expected and are not considered defects.
